Parto Omidi
Design Intern
Parto began her architectural career in 2015 after completing her diploma in Architectural Drafting and later earning her Bachelor of Architecture from Azad University of Iran. During her studies, she gained valuable work experience, spending four years as an Interior Designer and CAD Technician at a firm specializing in wood designs and furniture. She then worked for a year as an architect at a large architectural consulting company in Iran, where she contributed to the design of multiple mid-rise apartment buildings and commercial spaces.
Through these experiences, Parto developed a strong understanding of both architectural and interior design processes and how they work together to create successful spaces. In 2024, she moved to Prince Edward Island and was drawn to the region's distinct architectural character. This interest led her to further her education with a professional program in Canadian Wood Frame Construction at George Brown College.
Parto has recently joined ARCHwork STUDIO, where her combined expertise allows her to approach projects with a comprehensive perspective. Her background in both architecture and interior design enables her to create spaces that are not only structurally sound but also beautifully functional. She brings with her a unique blend of international experience and local training, focusing on designs that seamlessly integrate architectural elements with thoughtful interior spaces.
