Fay earned a Master's in Architecture from the Lebanese University, Institute of Fine Arts in 2005 and brings over 17 years of experience in architectural design, contract administration, and project management. Since joining ARCHwork Studio in 2022, she has applied her extensive expertise to a diverse range of projects, ensuring that designs are functional, safe, economical, and tailored to client needs.

A LEED Green Associate, Fay is committed to environmentally responsible design. She holds the Zero Carbon Badge from the Canada Green Building Council, reinforcing her expertise in net-zero building strategies, energy efficiency, and resource conservation. She integrates sustainability into all aspects of design, reducing carbon footprints while enhancing occupant comfort and long-term performance.

Fay's collaborative and detail-oriented approach ensures that every project maximizes value while minimizing risk. Her leadership, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise make her an invaluable asset to ARCHwork Studio, delivering high-performance, innovative spaces that shape the built environment for the future.
