SHORELINE
GRAY
Located in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, this waterfront residence was designed as a contemporary interpretation of Atlantic Canadian coastal architecture, balancing simplicity, warmth, and permanence within its natural setting. Defined by clean gabled forms, cedar shingle cladding, and restrained detailing, the home embraces a timeless architectural language rooted in the surrounding landscape and shoreline context.
The design carefully organizes indoor and outdoor living around framed water views, natural light, and sheltered exterior spaces. A refined material palette, soft coastal textures, and integrated landscape design create a calm and cohesive living environment that feels both modern and deeply connected to place.
ARCHwork STUDIO provided integrated architecture and interior design services, allowing the project to be developed holistically from site planning through material and spatial detailing.
