The owner of this multi-unit commercial space envisioned quality spaces for his clients. Modern materials were carefully selected to accentuate the linear flat roof design. Large windows and entrances allow for light to flood the lease spaces.  Careful site planning to maximize square footage and parking were extremely important for this project.
