The owner of this multi-unit commercial lease space sought out ideas for the façade of his building. The dramatic renovation to this commercial site was transformational. This high traffic, Charlottetown building needed some new life.  The building already had a flat roof, which usually lends itself to a modern build.  Boxy canopies and cantilevers frame each lease space, while the windows and wood elements keep it light and airy. The before and after pictures on this project are worth seeing.
